This role involves handling Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and more. If you resonate with these values and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you. The role operates from 8 AM to 5 PM CET, Saturday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM.
  • Manage Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, and Troubleshooting tasks.
  • Address customer queries efficiently and handle backlogs.
  • Maintain professional and engaging communication with a focus on quality.
  • Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
  • Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
  • Leadership or management experience is desirable.

Technical Requirements:

  • Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or its equivalent).
  • A minimum internet speed of 15mbps for both upload and download.
