About the Role:
We're seeking a Senior Technical Customer Service Representative to handle Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support for our rapidly growing E-Commerce brand.
The ideal candidate embodies core values such as putting the customer first, striving for excellence, being honest, taking ownership, and maximizing impact.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM.
- Manage Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, and Troubleshooting tasks with efficiency.
- Address customer queries effectively and handle backlogs with professionalism.
- Maintain engaging communication with a focus on quality.
- Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands.
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is an asset.
- Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
- Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
- Leadership or management experience is desirable.
- A personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or its equivalent).
- A minimum internet speed of 15mbps for both upload and download.
