Responsibilities:
- Find and hunt clients, companies for software related projects
- Prepare proposals according to clients and company for projects
- Schedule appointments/meetings, prepare and deliver presentations to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Conduct research to identify new markets, clients, and projects
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-project completion support
- Work to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Emails and cold calling to potential customers to prospect for business
- Experience with freelancing sites like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, Freelancer, etc. is a plus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, preferably with US or UK Accent
- At least 3 years experience in a services-based software company
- Experience in off-shore business development, particularly in EU, US, CA, and AU regions
- Experience in cold-calls, warm-calls, lead-closure, and generating project proposals
- Exceptional negotiation skills and convincing power
- Must be a team player and excellent stress manager
- Target driven, proactive attitude, and must be focused on results
