Business Development Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Media Nest, located in Islamabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing and growing existing client relationships, conducting market research, developing and implementing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The role also includes preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client relationship management and business strategy development
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Market research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 Years of experience in the IT and Digital marketing Field
- Package : (45k to 80k) plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
