Responsibilities:

  • Carefully understand the client's requirement & budget.
  • Contribute a vital role in the development of creative plans for event management.
  • Prepare the artwork specifically according to the client's requirement and event type.
  • Creatively develop customized themes for different events and make formal presentations to deliver them to clients.
  • Develop creative plans while keeping in view the utilization of available budgets.
  • Set, communicate, and maintain timelines and priorities on every project and keep all partners informed.
  • Communicate, maintain, and develop client relationships.
  • Have an intimate understanding of design, copy, and event best practices/guidelines.
  • Manage the team of the creative department including the in-house designers.
  • Ensure all portfolios for every event are properly documented & approved by senior management before presenting them to clients.
  • Ensure that the project manager understands the requisites of the event and all items are well explained to the operations staff.
  • On the day of the event, visit the site to ensure the proficiency of the creatives being executed for the event.
Job Specification
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
  • A strong understanding of event management & brand development concepts.
  • Socially active with good interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and internal staff alike.
