Role Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape within the territory.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends, and participate in training sessions as necessary.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
