
Territory Sales Manager

To lead assigned territories by handling distributors and order bookers to achieve targets and implement sales strategies.
Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for assigned territories.
Set daily targets and assign them to order bookers based on their areas to ensure effective coverage at all outlets.
Share sales reports for assigned territories and categories to analyze target and KPI achievement.
Manage order bookers to ensure they meet targets by monitoring performance daily and ensuring they are knowledgeable about the company's products and resources.
Conduct market visits to ensure coverage and productivity at outlets, understand market dynamics, and observe customer actions.
Ensure trade marketing activities are executed at all outlets as per plans.
Plan sales efforts and design PJPs by monitoring territories and RTM.
Develop relationships with key/distributor partners to align objectives and optimize value.
Manage budgets, forecast sales, and make decisions to maximize returns and minimize costs.

Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience preferred.
