Job Description:

  1. Assist in approving credit applications and recommend credit proposals within the assigned lending authority.
  2. Fundamental Credit Analysis of Financial Institution clients, including assessment of source of repayments, financial analysis using ORR Model and provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence.
  4. Develop ORR/FRR model, both mathematical and statistical ones that directly relate to the risk being measured.
  5. Collateral Management, analysis of Refinanced mortgage portfolio.
  6. Manage and implement the ongoing quarterly production of IFRS9 expected credit losses, developing additional IFRS 9 ECL models and PD/LGD score cards.
  7. Assist in other credit related activities including presentations to senior management and local regulatory attributions.
  8. Assist in preparation of various regulatory reports which includes Capital Adequacy Report and Stress Testing etc.
  9. Assist in the implementation of Operational Risk Reporting, RCSA and KRI.
  10. Oversight of Environment and Social Risk Management (ESRM) in line with E&S Policy and procedures, focusing on PMRC's responsibility and actions with regard to the Environment and social Management System (ESMS).

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (16 years of Education) in the field of finance, actuarial science or finance and accounting from reputed HEC recognized Institute.

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Banking/ Financial Institution's Risk Department.
