Job Title: Risk Management Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact our business.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Head of Risk Management in implementing our Enterprise Risk Management framework. This includes identifying key risk areas, mapping these risks with internal controls, and identifying gaps in our risk management processes.

You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining our Risk Inventory Register in line with our Risk Appetite. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with our Risk Management Policies and Procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Assist Head of Risk Management in developing various risk assessment and risk monitoring tools.
  • Liaise and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, including Compliance, IT, Business, Operations, etc., to monitor effective implementation of risk management framework and identify areas of improvement.
  • Conduct periodic risk reviews to assess compliance with risk management framework.
  • Assist Head of Risk Management in developing Risk management dashboards and MIS for management review.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be proficient in MS Office.
  • Be able to multitask with the ability to set priorities as per the given situation.
  • Be proactive and self-starter with ability and desire to improve effectiveness.
