IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Be at the forefront of driving our digital marketing transformation. This role blends data-driven media planning with performance optimization across all digital touchpoints, ensuring we deliver measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for leading digital campaigns, managing ad tech platforms, optimizing conversion funnels, and leveraging analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Firebase to guide strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for optimizing digital journeys and delivering outstanding user experiences that drive acquisition and retention.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Design and execute 360° digital media plans including performance marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), programmatic, and influencer campaigns.
- Manage digital media budgets and ensure maximum ROI through real-time optimization.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align media campaigns with brand messaging and user journeys.
- Develop and execute conversion optimization strategies from digital paid channels for web, mobile site, and app funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user behavior analysis to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Identify friction points across user journeys and work with UX and product teams to resolve them.
- Implement and manage mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Adjust to track app installs, user engagement, and in-app conversions of digital paid campaigns.
- Set up and monitor event-based tracking across digital assets to capture user actions and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Create dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel to analyze KPIs and make data-backed decisions.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of pixels, UTM strategies, tag management systems (e.g., GTM), and dynamic retargeting.
- Collaborate with IT and product development teams to ensure proper data flow between platforms.
- Leverage AI/ML-based tools (where applicable) to predict user behavior and automate bidding strategies.
- Act as a digital evangelist within the marketing team, helping build a data-first culture.
- Work closely with agency partners, ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of KPIs.
- Present campaign insights, testing outcomes, and optimization roadmaps to senior leadership.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in AppsFlyer, Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and campaign tracking setup.
- Deep understanding of digital media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok for Business, etc.).
- Solid grasp of CRO methodologies, A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely), and user behavior tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
- Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale media campaigns with strong analytical rigor.
