About Us:

At Vyro.ai, we are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, driving app growth and revenue through strategic campaign management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention aligned with business goals.
  2. Campaign Management: Lead advertising efforts across platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to maximize app installs and revenue.
  3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  4. User Journey Optimization: Enhance the user experience within the app to promote adoption of premium features and increase revenue.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  6. Mentorship: Guide and develop junior marketing team members, fostering professional growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
  2. At least 4 years of proven track record in managing successful global digital marketing campaigns, specifically for app acquisition.
  3. Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing automation tools for performance tracking and analysis.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  5. Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Knowledge of Firebase, Google AdMob, and Play Console for app performance optimization.
  7. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
