Job Purpose:

  • Manage Company Level 3/5 Years Network Planning including annual and 6+6 CAPEX planning.
  • Manage network planning and business support work.
  • Manage the Departmental Level Financial & Operational Tasks.
  • Process Optimization and Introduction of new processes.
  • End to End Planning and Management of USF Project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • End to end management of 3/5 years network planning in all relevant domains along with standardization of relevant processes.
  • Liaison with CMDI consultants & CMPAK departments to bridge the information flow of planning without any gap.
  • Defining High level short term & long-term Technology Roadmap based on 3/5 years Network Planning.
  • Targets setting, tracking & monitoring of monthly progress, and preparation of management level report and assessment of potential risks along with the recommendations.
  • Lead network planning and business support work, streamlining the external interface with NP while coordinating internal functions.
  • Lead Technical Innovation Management and regularly review innovation progress, ensuring enhance visibility at all project levels.
  • Act as a gateway to Introduce new technologies in all planning domains followed by appropriate trials & tests.
  • Manage the Financial evaluation of routine & business critical projects.
  • Lead end-to-End Management of Financial & Operational Tracking, Monitoring, Control, and Reporting, including Archives & Database Management.
  • Lead to prepare the network modernization plan in all technical domains.
  • Lead end-to-End Planning of USF Lots, preparation and submission of technical bid documents to USF Co., and coordination for acceptance of the Technical Design.
  • Lead departmental process optimization and introduce new processes based on organizational needs.
  • Lead the monitoring and tracking of Digital Transformation Activities.

Education:

  • In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above

Work Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
