Department & Function: BSS & IT Infrastructure

Reporting to: Sr. Manager BSS Planning & Operations

Job Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have capability to understand Business Requirement and ability to discuss technical aspects with vendors to have clear understanding of BSS stack architecture & proposed solutions via configurations.
  • To act as a bridge between commercial team, internal BSS-IT and Vendors.
  • Responsible for scoping of any new requirement and devising its solution.
  • Responsible for Commercial versions UAT/Dry Runs/Test Document finalization/Patch Go Live.
  • Responsible for Integration between BSS stack system and others external/internal integrations.
  • Responsible for providing updated and correct API's documentation for integration.
  • Assist to support in execution of in-house minor development requirement for reporting purpose only.
  • To Oversee the successful Change Delivery, Development, Implementation and Accountable for preparing budgets, forecasting and long term plans, monitoring performance through-out the year.
  • To define technical evaluation criteria for product and technology and ensuring that all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design.
  • Ensure time to market as per agreed SLA with commercial, customer care, technical departments
  • Develop and continuously improve Development KPI's
  • Leading policy and process development, refinement in line with CMCC, Organizational, Compliance requirements and industry best practices
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with relevant vendors
  • To proactively assess & follow-up technical dependencies (Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, etc.) & resource issues and participate in assessing business value of new features and technologies.
  • Identify and assess AI/ML opportunities across BSS functions (e.g., predictive billing, intelligent CRM workflows, churn prediction, automated provisioning, operational efficiency).
  • Collaborate with Data Science and AI teams to develop use cases and implement AI-powered solutions.
  • Ensure AI model outputs are integrated into operational BSS workflows and front-end interfaces.
  • Promote the use of AI in enhancing customer experience (e.g., chatbot integration, customer journey analytics)

Qualification:

Must have minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any other relevant degree.

Work Experience:

  • At least 7 Years' experience of working in the BSS Domain and at least 2 years experience in similar role.

  • Should be passionate about BSS, information management, and its role for organizational decision making and performance boost.
  • Potential to achieve results with personal efforts and team coordination
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment and sustain pressure.
  • Have a keen attention to accuracy, proficiency, and time management.
  • Good analytical skills and good decision-making.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for dealing with technical and business alike.
