Job Purpose

Part of planning team to achieve efficient high revenue nominal planning to improve profitability of the company.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning of 2G/3G/4G networks based on commercial requirements.
  • Evaluate vendor technical proposals and prepare network requirements based on proposed solutions.
  • Initialize and evaluate pre-nominal surveys.
  • Evaluate each planned site during rollout with respect to NC shared parameters and approve for rollout.
  • Support NP/NC in solution designs including repeaters, sector additions, splits, and new sites.
  • Manage ECFT project processes addressing operational site issues like owner problems, lease or OMO termination.
  • Oversee Digital Transformation-CWR and Agile Expansion initiatives.
  • Evaluate high-utilized cells and propose capacity solutions based on technical feasibility.
  • Plan special projects such as USF.
  • Manage Level-III complaints related to planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and optimization teams to understand market dynamics and develop network planning strategies.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic or Telecommunications from HEC-recognized university.

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
