3S Solutions is looking for a network administrator with 1-2 years of hands on experience. This is full time onsite job located in Lahore. Applicants who belonged to Lahore are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintainMikroTik routers, including firewall rules, NAT, and bandwidth control.
  • Manage and troubleshootCisco switches and wireless Access Points (APs).
  • Performlaptop general servicing(OS installations, driver/software setup, fixing BSOD errors).
  • Setup, install, and configureCCTV systemsincluding both IP and wireless cameras.
  • Performbasic printer installation, network printer setup, troubleshooting, and consumable tracking.
  • Conductmarket visitsfor machine repair, price inquiries, and coordination with vendors.
  • Sharequotationsfor new IT purchases and repair services on demand.
  • Maintain and update theIT inventory(laptops, printers, accessories, network equipment).
  • Assist innew employee on boardingincluding email setup, laptop configuration, and access management.
  • Provide first-level support fornetwork connectivity, hardware issues, and printing problems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely completion of service and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degreein Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 yearsof relevant experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
  • Solid knowledge ofnetworking fundamentals(TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Practical experience withMikroTikandCiscohardware.
  • Familiarity withCCTV setup and camera configurations.
  • Experience in managing and troubleshootingprinters(USB and network).
  • Ability to manageprocurement, price comparisons, and vendor dealings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications:MTCNA, CCNA, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge ofUPS systems, adapters, and peripheral hardware.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to document IT procedures.
