Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Engineer located in Lahore. The Network Engineer will be responsible for network administration, engineering, troubleshooting, security, and design tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's network infrastructure.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Proficient in core networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching (BGP, OSPF), and subnetting.
  2. Hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and protocols.
  3. Knowledge of network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC) and tools (Palo Alto, Fortinet).
  4. Experience configuring/managing wireless technologies (Wi-Fi 6/6E, WPA3, WLAN controllers).
  5. Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios).
  6. Basic scripting/automation skills (Python, Ansible, CMD, Powershell) for network efficiency.
  7. Publish/Releases deployment on server.
  8. Programming tools installation (SQL Server, Visual Studio, etc).

  • Troubleshooting expertise
  • Network Security knowledge
  • Network Design experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Certifications like CCNA or CCNP are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
