Horizon Tech is looking to hire a Jr. HR Ops Officer for its HR team to support the multiple divisions, including BPO, IT, & Software development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees, including Employee form signing, onboarding sessions, and managing document collection.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, attendance, and leave management.
  3. Address and resolve employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Contribute to developing, implementing, and revising HR policies and procedures.
  5. Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely disbursements.
  6. Prepare professional HR-related letters, reports, and documentation as needed.
  7. Design and deliver effective presentations on HR initiatives and updates.

Qualifications:

  1. 1 to 1.5 years in the HR department (preferred, but freshers with relevant skills may also be considered).
  2. Graduates in related disciplines or final-year students can also apply.
  3. Good hands-on experience with Core Applications in MS Office, e.g. MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  4. Ability to work on HRIS portals (prior experience will be an added advantage).

Other details:

  1. It's a Karachi-based on-site role, office is located in PECHS, Block 6 near the main Baloch colony, off to Shahrah-e-Faisal.
  2. Rotational shift timings morning, evening, and night (Monday -Friday with alternate Saturdays).
