Responsibilities- Maintain employee records (personal, educational, attendance, leaves data, etc.) according to company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in creating effective employee onboarding and orientation plans.
- Participate in initial screening of candidates and coordinate interview scheduling with managers.
- Assist line managers in organizing employee events and activities.
- Support performance management processes.
- Help collect data and conduct market surveys to develop competitive compensation plans.
- Assist in developing and updating HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with line managers to update job descriptions timely.
- Handle all documentation related to employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Support reward, recognition, and employee retention programs.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and management.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and HR databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
