We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant with a strong background in finance to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a finance-savvy professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, delivering high-impact implementations and optimizations of D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with a focus on financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Project Accounting, etc.).
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into D365 solutions.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on financial best practices and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, create functional design documents, and support technical teams during development.
  • Manage and execute data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

For this position, we require a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically in financial modules.

A proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial processes, IFRS/GAAP standards, and enterprise financial reporting.

We also expect proficiency in creating functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.

In addition, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required for this position.
