We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client requirements to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

  • Configure and implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules in Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.

  • Analyze current processes and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring seamless project execution and successful system deployment.

  • Verify system functionality through quality assurance and testing.

  • Provide training and support to users post-implementation.

  • Develop project plans, estimates, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to achieve project goals.

  • Travel to client sites as needed for project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 SCM, specifically Warehouse Management and Landed Cost.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective D365 configurations.

  • A minimum of three full-cycle ERP implementation experiences, including at least one Grocery Business ERP project.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft's Sure Step methodology.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Accounting, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 SCM implementation.

Bonus points: Experience with Agile project methodologies and industry-specific software implementations.
