We are seeking a Conference Producer who is responsible to research, develop, and execute high-quality events. This role involves market research, speaker acquisition, agenda creation, project management, and event execution. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to deliver valuable event content.

Key Responsibilities:

Conference Research & Development

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and audience needs.

Analyze competitor events to ensure differentiation.

Engage with industry leaders to refine content strategy.

Develop compelling themes, agendas, and session formats.

Secure high-profile speakers and industry experts.

Build relationships with CEOs, policymakers, and thought leaders.

Manage speaker outreach, negotiations, and content submission.

Curate topics addressing industry challenges and trends.

Structure engaging keynotes, panels, and interactive sessions.

Integrate live Q&As, polling, and networking opportunities.

Track timelines, budgets, and logistics for seamless event execution.

Coordinate speakers, AV teams, and audience engagement.

Moderate panel discussions and ensure smooth session flow.

Secure media and strategic partnerships.

Collect feedback and analyze event performance for improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience in conference production, event management, or content development.

Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Detail-oriented with a talent for structuring engaging event agendas.

Willing to commute daily (Fully onsite setting)
