Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for an Upwork Job Bidder. The Upwork Job Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on potential job opportunities on Upwork, tailoring proposals to client's needs, and maintaining an organized pipeline of opportunities. Daily tasks include creating compelling job proposals, communicating with potential clients, and tracking the status of bid submissions. The role requires consistent, effective communication and the ability to understand and present our services effectively.

Qualifications
  • Experience in creating and tailoring job proposals for Upwork or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to understand and present various technology solutions and services effectively
  • Knowledge of automation tools, SEO and content marketing is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience in the tech industry is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
