Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible GPS Monitoring & Fleet Alarm Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of vehicle GPS systems and responding promptly to alarms such as No-Go zone violations, battery disconnection, and GPS signal loss. This role is critical in ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficiency of fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live GPS tracking data of the fleet.

Respond to system-generated alerts, including:

No-Go area violations

Battery-related alarms (disconnection, low battery)

GPS tampering or signal loss

Maintain detailed records of alerts and actions taken.

Communicate with drivers, the operations team, and security staff to resolve incidents.

Generate periodic reports on alarm incidents and system performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies regarding vehicle routes and GPS use.

Escalate critical or unresolved issues as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum high school education; diploma or degree in logistics, IT, or a related field is a plus.

Prior experience in GPS monitoring, control room operations, or fleet management is preferred.

Must be able to speak and understand English for effective communication.

Basic knowledge of GPS tracking systems and telematics platforms.

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during monitoring shifts.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
