Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use-cases overall, and in the domain of analytics specifically.
  2. Provide ideas and input on how we can improve frameworks, and understand customer, client, and business dynamics in new ways.
  3. Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to surface accurate and compelling insights.
  4. Utilize descriptive and predictive analytics to discover new insights, and build data products.
  5. Deliver business-critical analytics in a timely manner.
  6. Improve our analytical frameworks.
  7. Understand customer, client, and business dynamics in new ways.
  8. Explore, investigate, and develop hypotheses to discuss with the team, and with clients on occasion.
  9. Oversee and conduct data analysis, summarize key observations, and recommendations. Develop action plans based on those recommendations.
  10. Develop recommendation engines to drive engagement with end-users.
  11. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  12. Understand the impact of product features and experience on business KPIs.
  13. Mentor team members, and work to continually improve our work product.
  14. Provide input into the data strategy to ensure better integration of the company's data asset and analytic capability.
  15. Participate in client conversations and develop a deep understanding of the nature of work to share new ideas and opportunities.
Must-Have
  1. Creativity.
  2. Storytelling and Effective Presentation Skills.
  3. Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Managing analytics projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  5. Understanding of standard predictive and classification models; when to use and how to interpret results.
  6. Campaign management and optimization.
  7. Manipulation of large data sets, integration of data across multiple sources, and data structuring to facilitate analyses.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
