Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business objectives, user needs, and project goals.
- Develop comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements to guide the UX/UI Design team.
- Conduct user research and usability analysis to inform design strategies and enhance user experiences.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving digital products.
- Partner with UX/UI Designers to conceptualize and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with user and business needs.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements, updates, and deliverables.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and align them with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in UX/UI or digital product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Job Time: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
