Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role located in Rawalpindi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving B2B growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall business development strategy.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and business development
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
