Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Quantum Synergy located in Rawalpindi. The role involves developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
