We are seeking a talented Risk and Quality professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our audit processes and providing support to internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks.

You will work closely with our audit and assurance teams to evaluate compliance with regulations, assess governance and risk management processes, and related controls. Your expertise in quality control and internal audit will be invaluable in helping us achieve our quality management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand, evaluate and test our internal System of Quality Management to ensure its compliance with relevant standards.

  • Manage/deliver different audit/non-audit/BAS review programmes from planning to completion.

  • Maintain our leadership dashboard to monitor Quality KPIs.

  • Manage various compliance review programs to monitor the application of auditing standards and evaluate the performance of partners, directors and managers on selected individual engagements.

  • Perform root cause analyses to identify potential factors contributing to our quality and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Perform timely file archival compliance testing.

  • Provide support for root cause analysis of various quality reviews.

  • Generate relevant management reports to support monitoring and reporting.

  • Responsible for supporting continuous improvements and innovative ideas on all areas of Risk & Quality.

  • Provide support to our Engagement Quality Review annual program.

  • Deliver R&Q training to partners and staff.

  • Support internal transformation projects (including process improvements and digitization).

  • Support the R& Q team in queries from client-facing staff and provide pragmatic advice and solutions.

Requirements:

  • ACCA Affiliate or equivalent qualification

  • ACA or equivalent experience

  • Strong knowledge of company structures, funds and banking products

  • Experience conducting due diligence on clients

  • Experience quality reviewing/testing the work of others

  • Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders
