IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Support the Procurement Department through commercial analysis of tenders, negotiations for value for money, vetting of contracts, and other activities, especially from a finance perspective.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Conduct financial evaluations of tenders and prepare commercial evaluation reports.
  • Provide financial vetting of RFPs, MoMs, Contracts, POs, and amendments to ensure procurement aligns with policies and guidelines, ensuring accuracy of financial terms for CAPEX and OPEX cases.
  • Achieve cost savings using pricing mechanisms, costing methods, and favorable payment and currency terms.
  • Ensure procurement compliance with organization policies, understanding details in PR and SoW to verify budget availability under PC-1.
  • Assist in formulating Procurement Strategy Documents, analyzing end-user requirements, selecting tender types, and devising evaluation and negotiation strategies.
  • Engage in continuous self-improvement and collaborate with peers, seniors, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
