Description: GSPANN is hiring a PIM (Product Information Management) Architect. We are looking for experienced professionals to lead our PIM solutions, focusing on design, implementation, and client interaction.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Act as SPOC for solutions/applications, interacting with clients.
  • Participate in scoping, effort estimation, and planning.
  • Create milestone plans, define deliverables, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Develop OMS strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Drive solution architecture, design, and maintain customizations.
  • Make critical technical decisions to meet client expectations.
  • Define best practices, standards, and code review processes.
  • Ensure high technical competence within the team.
  • Provide thought leadership, identify business problems, and develop solutions and frameworks.
  • Generate and execute skill development plans.
  • Assist in hiring, motivate, and mentor team members.
  • Contribute to white papers, blogs, pre-sales, and practice activities.
Skills and Experience
  • 12+ years in PIM (Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo, etc.) and Java/J2EE, JavaScript.
  • Mandatory experience in PIM implementation with two different products.
  • Designing PIM system architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with ERP, e-commerce, and DAM integrations.
  • Customizing PIM solutions for specific business needs.
  • Experience with GDSN and security measures for product data.
  • Planning for scalability and performance.
  • Web services (REST & SOAP) experience.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Designing enterprise applications, messaging systems, and authentication protocols.
  • Pre-sales experience, especially in retail/e-commerce domains.
  • Strong development practices, client-facing experience, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with POC development, tools evaluation, and marketing contributions.
