About the Role
  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and our team, fostering strong relationships to deliver successful solutions.
  • Contribute to scoping, effort estimation, and planning to ensure project outcomes meet expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive plans, define deliverables, assumptions, and dependencies to drive solution architecture.
  • Pursue opportunities to develop customized solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Making critical technical decisions to meet client expectations and deliver high-quality results.
  • Establish best practices, standards, and code review processes to maintain technical competence within the team.
  • Provide thought leadership, identify business problems, and develop innovative solutions and frameworks.
  • Support skill development planning and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • At least 12 years of experience in PIM, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in PIM implementation with two different products and customizations.
  • Experience with ERP, e-commerce, and DAM integrations, as well as designing PIM system architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations.
  • Planning for scalability and performance, web services experience, and knowledge of cloud platforms.
  • Pre-sales experience in retail/e-commerce domains, strong development practices, and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with POC development, tools evaluation, and marketing contributions.
