Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Media Marketing Executive with a strong background in SEO, SMM, and Technical SEO, and a proven track record in handling and growing multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and highly skilled in generating quality leads and boosting engagement through compelling digital content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
  • Perform Technical SEO audits and optimizations for better site performance and search engine indexing.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Plan and execute Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and leads.
  • Create highly optimized content for blogs, social media posts, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare actionable reports.
  • Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing and suggest new strategies for better audience targeting and ROI.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
  • Generate and nurture qualified leads through organic and paid digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Expertise in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO).
  • Hands-on experience in SMM and managing business profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Ability to create SEO-friendly and engaging content.
  • Experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in SEO, Social Media Marketing, or Google Ads are a plus.
