Job Description:
Real Estate Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and cold calling.
2. Conduct market analysis to identify potential real estate opportunities and trends.
3. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet targets and achieve revenue growth.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and identify customer needs.
6. Assist clients in property selection, negotiation, and contracts.
7. Coordinate property viewings and provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
8. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
