Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Islamabad. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and developing real estate opportunities, conducting sales negotiations, managing real property transactions, and providing training to clients and staff. The role requires expertise in analyzing market trends, preparing property reports, and ensuring successful property transactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Proven Sales skills and expertise in Negotiation
  • Ability to provide effective Training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
