About the Role:

Planet X, a premier venture under the Centrum Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing for our landmark real estate development, Tower 4 & Sukoon Vista .This role demands a strategic mindset, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to lead high-impact marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process for Tower 4 & Sukoon Vista and associated real estate projects from prospecting to deal closure.

  • Strategize and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to increase market share.

  • Conduct high-level client meetings, negotiations, and site tours.

  • Mentor junior team members and coordinate with internal departments to achieve sales targets.

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with demonstrated achievements.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

  • Thorough understanding of the Islamabad real estate market is highly preferred.

Work Location:

Tower 4 Site Office

(Interviews will be conducted at our Head Office: Unit 1701, Tower B, One Constitution Avenue, G-5, Islamabad)
