We're a custom software development company helping businesses worldwide turn their ideas into powerful digital solutions. To accelerate our growth, we're seeking a proactive specialist who can not only generate leads but also book qualified meetings with potential clients through LinkedIn and related channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify B2B prospects that fit our ideal client profile (ICP).
  • Initiate and nurture personalized conversations with decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and other outreach tools.
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs and fit, then secure meetings for our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.
  • Optimize messaging and targeting strategies to improve connection and booking rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of booked appointments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Demonstrated success in booking meetings with B2B clients or decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools (Apollo, Hunter, etc.).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of software development or technology services is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs90,000.00 per month
