Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain utilities and automated reporting tools to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
  2. Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective application use and adoption of new features.
  3. Coordinate with external vendors and development teams for issue resolution, application enhancements, and system updates.
  4. Support application implementations and provide front-end support during deployment and post-go-live phases.
  5. Create reports using queries and troubleshoot data/reporting issues in real-time.
  6. Automate recurring processes, track application issues, and document changes.
  7. Manage job scheduling, availability, clustering, and replication tasks related to applications.
  8. Troubleshoot performance issues impacting application usability.
  9. Monitor and maintain audit controls and log files to ensure data integrity and security compliance.
  10. Propose and implement stored procedures and functions to enhance control and automation.
  11. Coordinate cross-departmental training and support software implementation efforts.
  12. Manage user roles, accounts, and access levels within applications.
  13. Assist with report logs, user form edits, and UI/UX improvements.
  14. Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
  15. Analyze application performance metrics and resolve system issues promptly.
  16. Oversee development timelines for software updates and enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or SQL certification are advantageous.
Experience:
  • 3–5 years in application support, systems analysis, or software implementation.
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues, conducting user training, and report generation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Support experience in 24x7 environments and incident management is preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in SQL for report creation, data correction, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of application servers, job scheduling, clustering, and replication tools.
  • Understanding of application auditing, logging, and access control management.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management and software implementation best practices.
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and support ticket management.
