We are looking for a Business Process Manager to join our team at our DHA Karachi office. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement smart automation strategies that drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable impact.

About the Role:

As a Business Process Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing organizational performance by analyzing, redesigning, and digitizing critical business processes. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure that process improvements align with broader business goals, technological capabilities, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and mapping existing business workflows using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS).
  • Identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in business processes through data analysis, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Designing optimized workflows with automation solutions (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, ARIS).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business objectives and system capabilities.
  • Managing process improvement projects using Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Implementing new process enhancements, including system integrations and data-driven decision-making models.
  • Leading process automation and digital transformation initiatives using APIs, AI-based solutions, or workflow automation tools.
  • Supervising teams responsible for executing process improvement tasks and providing training on new workflows and systems.
  • Creating detailed documentation, SOPs, and governance policies for process changes to ensure compliance and scalability.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Process Management, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business process management or a similar role.
  • Strong skills in process modeling, data analysis, and automation tools.
  • Experience with ARIS or similar BPM platforms is a plus.
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, time management, and team leadership skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and process innovation.
