Key Responsibilities

This role involves analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement, gathering and documenting requirements to ensure understanding and alignment with organizational goals. As a technical problem solver, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to provide effective solutions that drive business value.

Job Specifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information
  • Experience with as-is & to-be process documentation to facilitate smooth transitions
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies; experience in logistics/cargo industry is an asset
Qualifications and Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is required for this position. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is considered a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
