Purpose

The process accounting ensures the proper booking and recognition of transactional operations, so that associated financial transactions can be performed and so that the company can reflect accurate and fair financial statements.

Key Missions

  • Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • For Accounts Payable: Verify invoices, compare charges to purchase orders, confirm receipt of goods/services, and ensure purchases are approved.
  • Reconcile Accounts Payable ledgers to identify improper charges and ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • For Accounts Receivable: Generate and post invoices, process customer payments, and reconcile customer ledgers.
  • Send statements to customers and analyze Accounts Payables/Receivables aging reports.
  • Support tax schedules for VAT and Corporate Income Tax returns.
  • Identify and post General Ledger transactions related to AP or AR, collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve questions and issues.
  • Provide documentation during internal and external audits.
