Job Description:

Business Development Sales Executive JD

We are seeking a Business Development Sales Executive to join our team on an immediate basis. The main responsibilities for this role include:

  1. Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  2. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  3. Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  4. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  5. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  6. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  7. Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
  8. Maintaining client activities in CRM or Excel
  9. Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up
  10. Developing bond with key decision-makers
  11. Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
  12. Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  13. Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
  14. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our logistics solutions.
  15. Generating leads & sales from social media platforms.
  16. Generating leads & sales through effective communication and follow-up.
  17. Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  18. Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  19. Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers
  20. Targeting and reaching out to clients, maturing them, and closing sales.

Requirement & Offers:

  1. Available to work full-time onsite
  2. Qualification must be minimum Graduation/Masters is a plus
  3. English language is mandatory (Speaking, Listening & Writing)
  4. Our comprehensive basic package includes Basic + commission with the potential for limitless growth.
  5. Our office timings are 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM - Pakistan Time (Night Shift)
  6. Experience must be minimum 2-3 years in sales (Logistics field experience is a plus)
