We are seeking a Business Development Sales Executive to join our team on an immediate basis.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM or Excel
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up
  • Developing bond with key decision-makers
  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our logistics solutions.
  • Generating leads & sales from social media platforms.
  • Generating leads & sales through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers
  • Target and reaching out clients, maturing them, and do closings as well

Requirement & Offers:

  • Available to work full-time onsite
  • Qualification must be minimum Graduation/Masters is a plus
  • English language is mandatory (Speaking, Listening & Writing)
  • Our comprehensive basic package includes Basic + commission with the potential for limitless growth.
  • Our office timings are 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM - Pakistan Time (Night Shift)
  • Experience must be minimum 2-3 years in sales (Logistics field experience is a plus)
