We are seeking a Business Development Sales Executive to join our team on an immediate basis.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
- Maintaining client activities in CRM or Excel
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up
- Developing bond with key decision-makers
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our logistics solutions.
- Generating leads & sales from social media platforms.
- Generating leads & sales through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers
- Target and reaching out clients, maturing them, and do closings as well
Requirement & Offers:
- Available to work full-time onsite
- Qualification must be minimum Graduation/Masters is a plus
- English language is mandatory (Speaking, Listening & Writing)
- Our comprehensive basic package includes Basic + commission with the potential for limitless growth.
- Our office timings are 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM - Pakistan Time (Night Shift)
- Experience must be minimum 2-3 years in sales (Logistics field experience is a plus)
