Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for growth and innovation? INA Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive to lead Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management.
What You'll Do:- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
- Retain and nurture client relationships.
- Represent INA Technologies' offerings with a deep understanding of ERP & CRM systems (NetSuite, Odoo, D365 F&O, etc.).
- Promote and pitch custom software development services tailored to various industries.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Bark to find and engage potential clients.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B business development or IT sales.
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM solutions and custom software services.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
This is a commission-based opportunity with attractive percentage incentives. Your earnings depend on your performance — no cap, no limits
