Responsibilities

  • Direct manufacturing operations in a shift or group of production lines to achieve volume, quality and cost goals.
  • Mechanical Operation & Maintenance: Hands-on experience with pumps, gears, conveyors, sifters, dryers, elevators, mills, centrifuges, ID/FD fans and compressors; design of mechanical systems; familiarity with maintenance techniques (alignment, balancing, condition monitoring); ensure IMS/GMP compliance.
  • Maintenance Activities: Ensure effective and timely maintenance of the mechanical system and auxiliaries; manage PM/CBM schedules via SAP; develop and implement maintenance optimization and critical spare parts management; maintain standby equipment.
  • Project Execution: Propose quality ideas, prepare feasibility reports and BOQs, oversee procurement and safe execution of capex/MOC projects; contract management.
  • EHS Responsibilities: Implement EHS standards, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce costs in the mechanical area; recommend equipment, methods and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • People Development: Collaborate with stakeholders, lead and develop staff, promote best practices, and follow training needs analyses for team development.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company electrical-related legal requirements.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Work experience in Petro-chemical / Fertilizer / Process / Food
  • 4-7 years hands-on experience in operation & maintenance of electrical installations
  • English fluency, both written and spoken
