Swole Production is a growing digital agency providing digital marketing, website development, video editing, and 3D animation services. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Online Bidder & Lead Qualification Specialist to generate quality leads and set up meetings with potential clients.

Role Overview:

As an Online Bidder & Lead Qualification Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through various online platforms, initiating conversations, verifying lead authenticity, and scheduling meetings with our technical team. Your success will be measured by the quality and conversion potential of the leads you generate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Twitter, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing websites.
  • Engage with potential leads via organic methods (no paid ads) to generate business opportunities.
  • Conduct initial outreach via messages or calls to qualify leads and assess their needs.
  • Verify the authenticity of leads before setting up meetings with the technical team.
  • Maintain an organized lead database, tracking outreach, follow-ups, and progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Keep up with industry trends to better understand potential client needs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in online bidding, lead generation, or business development.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Twitter, Upwork, Fiverr, and other lead sources.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to independently handle outreach, qualify leads, and schedule meetings.
  • On-site availability in Islamabad is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, web development, or video production is a plus.
