Elite High School is a Ministry of Education-inspected private online high school based in Ontario, Canada. We offer the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and individual high school credit courses to students globally, supporting their admission to top universities and colleges worldwide.

Job Overview:

Elite High School is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team on a contract basis. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our high school programs, enrolling students, and building relationships with potential clients. This is a commission-only position, offering a high margin on each sale. Payments will be made quarterly in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Elite High School's academic programs to students, parents, and educational partners.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Provide detailed information about our courses, OSSD requirements, and admission support services.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and assist with documentation where required.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the school's growth in local and international markets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
  • Represent Elite High School professionally and uphold our values.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (education sector experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand and explain educational services clearly.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and communication tools.
  • Commitment to achieving high-performance results on a commission basis.
  • Commission-Only Structure (High Margin per Sale).
  • Compensation will be calculated in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Payments will be disbursed every three (3) months based on confirmed enrollments.
