Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing quantity surveying expertise to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform detailed quantity analysis and estimation as per approved drawings with reference to BOQ.
  2. Verify interim payment certificates and prepare BOQs and detailed estimates for projects.
  3. Ensure effective coordination with design, architectural, and site teams.
  4. Check variation in items and quantities, prepare tender documents, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 10 years' experience in quantity surveying is required.
  2. A diploma in Civil Engineering is necessary for this role.
  3. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
