
Outbound Sales Agent

As an Outbound Sales Agent, your primary objective is to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets by successfully closing sales over the phone. You will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, engaging with potential customers, and persuading them to make a purchase or commit to a specific product or service. Your role is crucial in converting leads into loyal customers and contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source and target potential clients in the target market segments through various channels, including but not limited to outbound calls, emails, networking, online research, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel, utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques to source/generate new business leads to achieve quarterly / monthly benchmarks
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to address their specific needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including, marketing, technical and project management teams, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
- Work on ad-hoc activities to assist the company in daily tasks

Job SpecificationRequirements:
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales or telesales is highly desirable, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections effectively
- Persuasion and Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with potential customers to close sales successfully
- Goal-Oriented: Strong determination to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a results-driven mindset
- Resilience: Able to handle rejection and persistently pursue sales opportunities with a positive attitude
- CRM and Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using call center software, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools
- Product Knowledge: Quick learner with the ability to grasp product details and convey them convincingly to customers
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently and handle multiple leads simultaneously
