We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to oversee our operations in the Faisalabad region. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in animal health products, exceeding 5 years. A strong understanding of the local market and competition is essential for this role.
This position involves developing and implementing strategic business plans tailored to the assigned geography. You will work collaboratively with regional teams, distributor networks, and national counterparts to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and customers
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local market, including competitor activity and customer needs
- Identify opportunities to expand our presence in the market and drive revenue growth
- At least 5 years of sales experience in animal health products
- Strong knowledge of the local market, competitors, and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
