Senior Analyst Global Performance

About The Role

The mission of the Global Performance Team is to create and monitor the standards by which the Global Marketplace Support Team operates, which includes delivering great service to our customers across the three-sided marketplace (customers, restaurants, and riders). The Global Marketplace Support Team is expanding rapidly and the Performance Team within it needs to mirror this growth in order to provide outstanding support to our operational and support teams. We currently cover nine markets across Europe, the Middle East and South-East Asia.

Key to this expansion is an immediate need for a Senior Analyst to support the Global Performance function within the Global Marketplace Support Team. We need somebody who can hit the ground running; a self-starter who is comfortable in creating action-oriented insights and supporting cross functional collaboration to reach performance targets and would relish the opportunity to build trust in our data across the business.

What you'll be doing:

1. Scorecard management - build and maintain robust KPIs, support target setting and monitoring for in-house and outsourced partner teams
2. Reporting function - gather requirements and build trusted data sets for the Global Marketplace Support Team as well as across the wider business
3. Stakeholder engagement - oversee interactions around Global Marketplace Support Team performance with the Leadership Team and stakeholders across the wider business
4. Insight & Analysis - interpret and present analytical findings in a way that enables the business to make informed decisions and creates / influences new ways of thinking

Requirements

1. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven experience analysing, interpreting, and summarising complex data into simple and impactful data narratives
2. Proven track record of creating strong, collaborative relationships with customer operations, external partners, and across function
3. Strong attention to detail, reconciliation & accuracy is essential
4. Experience of data extraction, manipulation and visualisation tools, e.g. Snowflake, Excel/Google Sheets and Looker
5. Be part of a 24/7 on-call rota, roughly 2 weeks per quarter
6. Working knowledge of SQL (preferred, not required)
